RAM doesn't utilize properly?

I mainly play video games in my computer and it's lagging too much.I meet the recommended system requirements. And when i bring the task manager, it shows it uses only 50% RAM and 72% CPU.After benchmark i saw it uses 80% graphics memory.I defragmented hard drive and scanned and fix my PC from all Viruses.So what could be the problem?I'm on Windows 8 32-bit btw.

32 bit operating systems limit usable ram to about 3.5GB

Do you mean that when you look at the task manager 50% of your RAM is being utilized or 50% of your actual RAM is usable? As mentioned before 32-bit OS's can only use 3.5GB of RAM.

If at min requirements, settings may be to high causing the lag or resolution, might try lowering

I have much more than the recommended.Still it should at least use all the amount of resource.

Have you checked for Malware, if not try MalWareBytes - they have both a free and a trial version
