Update BIOS before getting drivers?

My new computer parts arrive in a week and I'm trying to get all the details down. Now after I install Windows onto the drive, should I look to update the BIOS before getting drivers? Is there a preferred order that it should be installed?

EDIT: Also, before initial Windows updates?

Do not update the BIOS. Install Windows, drivers, Windows updates. Only then and only if something is not working as it is supposed to, update the BIOS.
