$320 for case PSU Combo ..... or $143 very different cases but the 500R is way more than sufficient for this application.

Case - $143 - Corsair 500R White http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?Ite...
$20 combo discount $25 coupon code for case, $17.00 coupon code for PSU, $45 MIR
PSU - incl. w/ above - Corsair HX850 included with above

$355 for budget Last generation MoBo and CPU + 25 for WiFi card ($380)or $370 for upgrade to current generation and hi end enthusiast MoBo w/ Wifi on board
$370 - ASUS Z87 Pro http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?Ite...
incl. w/ above - Intel Core i5-4670 Included w/ above and MoBo has built in wireless, $100 combo discount and $10 off w/ promo code Z87MB617, ends 6/20

$75 for refurbished (someone else was unhappy with it) cooler or $80 for the best air cooler w/ no leakage worries ?

TIM w/ curing issue which requires 200 hours of thermal cycling (see bottom of AS5 home page) or one which has same thermal properties but no curing issues

Quote:
Here is the Arctic Silver 5 recommended cure time instruction from the manufacturers web site:

Due to the unique shape and sizes of the particles in Arctic Silver 5's conductive matrix, it will take a up to 200 hours and several thermal cycles to achieve maximum particle to particle thermal conduction and for the heatsink to CPU interface to reach maximum conductivity. (This period will be longer in a system without a fan on the heatsink or with a low speed fan on the heatsink.) On systems measuring actual internal core temperatures via the CPU's internal diode, the measured temperature will often drop 2C to 5C over this "break-in" period. This break-in will occur during the normal use of the computer as long as the computer is turned off from time to time and the interface is allowed to cool to room temperature. Once the break-in is complete, the computer can be left on if desired.

So by my estimation of this statement it would take almost a year of normal use to properly cure the AC5 compound, or almost nine days of continuous power cycles to meet their recommendation.

With the money ya saved on Case / PSU / MoBo Id put the money towards a twin 770s

The only things that I would change are the psu and ram. Your system will use around 350W to 400W maximum in games so you should buy a Seasonic 550W instead of 750W. The ram is not great for OC and my experience with that Crucial Ballistic Sport normal profile is not great but maybe the low profile one doesn't have the same problem.
