is gt 430 and 9600gt same performance?

i want to buy gt 430 because of dx11 support. and im thinking if i can max my settings on far cry 3 using this video card, coz my 9600gt can handle ultra settings on far cry 3 with my 16inc monitor 1366x768 resolution with avg fps of 40-43? do u think gt 430 can handle ultra settings like 9600gt?

don't tell me don't choose either these card. coz my budget is atleast $ 40.
i want same performance as 9600gt. thats why im asking if gt430 same as 9600gt or a little bit.

I doubt someone on the internet has even tried playing far cry 3 with such an old card and posted his resaults, so its going to be hard to tell.
but iam assuming that no, on ultra you will get like 20-15 fps with both cards, and on low-med it may be playable.

i swear i get atleast 40+ fps.
of course they record their gameplay. it has fraps making fps drop a lot. i will show you footage im playing on ultra! i upload later.
