The official minimum specs say you should be able to run it at lower settings without an issue. Have fun, I just started this game yesterday and I am having a blast with it.

When you start up the game, there should be a graphics settings (before the game launches into full screen). Once you are in that just set things to lower settings until things are smooth enough for your taste.
