Is my pc okay?

I wanted to built a cheap and good gaming pc and this is waht I came up with after a lot of research :

Xigmatek Apache Cpu Cooler (CAC-D9IA0-U01)

Toshiba DT01ACA050 500GB HDD 3.5" (32MB Cache, 7200RPM, Sata 6Gb/s)

Samsung DVD-RW SH-224BB Sata Black Bulk

Turbo-X 550W Value Series

AMD Phenom II x4 965 (AM3, 3.4GHz, Cache 8MB, Box)

Sapphire 7770 GHZ EDITION 1GB

Corsair RAM DDR3 4GB Dimm 1600MHz Vengeance

Does everything fit?
I know my HHD and my DVD driver are weak but I dont really care about those.

My budget is preatty low the whole PC costs 480$ but I am planning to get some stuff for it later. I'm buying this PC for gaming and standard internet surfing. Don't exactly know how can I overclock by playing ganes...

Thank you but I'm not really looking to be playing new games at max settings, for now I will go with mid to low settings. Do you think I need a more ram?
Also I'm from greece so these stuff are a bit more pricy

4gb should be enough but 8 is better
