My computer build which I completed today goes as follows

i5 3570k
Asus P8Z77-V LE Plus
EVGA 650 ti boost Superclocked
Seagate barracuda 750 Gb sata hdd
WD caviar SE 250gb hdd
Random optical drive
NZXT Phantom Full Tower Chassis
600w corsair builder psu
16gb corsair vengeance ram

I plugged everything in and turned on the psu, I pushed the power button on the case, all the fan leds turned on and started spinning for about a second and then turns off please help!!!! I have no idea what is wrong, I think it might be a weak psu. Opinions?

PSU is fine. Make sure your Memory is seated properly, also remove the CPU and check the pins in the socket and make sure there are no bent ones, if the memory is seated.

OKay. I would recheck the CPU then. Make sure you haven't got too much Thermal compound on there as that will cause overheating ( acts as an insulator ). Also check ther pins in the socket as it doesn't take much to bend them.

That would be the first screen you would see at start up and before you see the windows loading screen.

OK. Recheck all the PSU connections to the MOtherboard and make sure they are snugly plugged in, especially the 8 pin CPU connector and 24 pin ATX Connector.
