Samsung or Benq Gaming moniter

You won't be able to get 120 frames a second in modern games with high settings, but the BenQ is still the way to go - it has color rivaling low-end IPS panels when tuned, and is pretty much the best gaming monitor out there. (Except for a few rare and $600+ korean imports and iiyamas.)

My card is good to run this moniter?

Your card will struggle a little bit to max games, but it will be able to play games on faster settings on the 120Hz, 1080p monitor than on the 60Hz, 1440p one. Honestly, I have a GTX 670 and can't get games to regularly play at more than 100 frames on completely max settings... nor could I get a solid 60 fps maxxed out with a 1440p monitor.

The XL1410T is 24", the Samsung is 27".

The question comes down to what you're using this for. If you want a competitive gaming monitor, then 120Hz is an absolute must (and that benq is one of the very best out there.) If you just want looks and prettiness, then the higher resolution of the Samsung will look slightly better (though it'll be mitigated slightly by the larger screen), but be harder to run good settings on; if you want to max games on either, a graphics upgrade would be in order.

My question, though, is since you have a medium-low power computer, why are you spending $400 on a monitor? I would suggest saving up and upgrading your rig first until it's at the point where it could take full advantage of a nice monitor.
