Hey, basically I want to move an OEM version of Windows 7 64-bit from one computer (and upgrade to Windows 8) onto my Dell, currently running Vista 32-bit. I asked on the Microsoft Forums whether this is possible but I am told it isn't as it binds to the Motherboard etc. However, I keep reading around the internet that people have done it and it only requires a phone call.
I really want to have a concrete answer before I part with any cash, so I thought I'd ask you guys whether this can be done? Thanks!
