Is it posible to hook up my two Different GPUs to my two monitors so each gpu controls one? The reason is because I do not wanna buy another GTX 780 to run them together.
I got one GTX 780 and one ATI 7870.

Solution
yes it is possbile.

make sure you have a motherboard that supports that and a strong enough PSU.

also DONT use a bridge between the cards, each one has to work as an indpendent unit since they are not from the same series( or in your case, not even the same manufacture)

but since they are not from the same manufactur nor the same series, expect some problems.

Wtf are you talking about , You would have to custom create youre own hybrid driver to make those cards work together. You can plug both moniters into one 780 and be fine. A 7870 wont work with a 780 from just pluggin them in and even tryed to use a bridge it wouldnt fit thats just wrong.
