Z87 extreme6 vs gd65 SOMEONE HELP! NEED LOTS OF OPINIONS! MOBO HELP!

There is a Great combo for i5 4670k and extreme6 300$ for both on newegg. Wondering if its worth it.. Kinda on budget. The highest I would go would be the Maximus vi hero or mpower(not max) I won't be doing much oc because this is my first build so I will just be getting introduced to it. I do however want a quality board that will stand the test of time and will run games great. This will be primarily a gaming PC. Keep in mind the most MOST I would want to spend would be 230$ on motherboard. I have a black and red color scheme but that's a minor issue.

At that price there's no way I'd do anything else. Love my extreme4 (was a combo at microcenter). The 6 has more connectivity and may be full atx - can't remember. It will game as well as any other board and get respectable overclocks.

The EX6 is a good choice, but with first build and all, + 4670K might look at the Rock Z87 Extreme 4, quite a bit less and will prob give you all you want and then some, could apply the difference (savings) into a better GPU, DRAM, SSD or whatever. I picked up the Z77 EX4 as a play board and ended up keeping it
