So, I had every thing on my new build working well. I was messing around with the fans, and I booted the computer quickly to figure out if they would work if I configured them a certain way. I quickly learned that they didn't, and rather than shutting down my computer properly I simply turned off the power supply. Ever since my computer won't boot. Also, the led around my power button is on. This is odd considering that it should not turn on until I boot the computer. Help?

Turn off the machine for a while and pull plug from wall.

Plug in and boot tp BIOS, choose rest all settings to default, save and exit

If doesn't work, repeat after pulling battery

Maybe when messing with your fans one of your plugs got loosened to the point where it wasn't connected all the way. Try unplugging everything and plugging in everything back and make sure they are 100% connected. If that doesn't work, try what Jack suggested above.

just tried to boot my machine after letting it sit with the power unplugged overnight. No success. I might do a full rebuild today.
