New build not sending signal to monitor?

Hi all,
I just finish building my first computer, but it will not connect to the monitor. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it? Here are the parts:
Asrock 970 extreme3
Gigabyte tax GeForce 660
Asus xonar dg
8gb 1866 g.skill sniper ram
Amd fx 8150 CPU

Thanks for any help.

The fans all spin well, and don't stop until I turn it off, I have tried HDMI and DVI, and I have reseated the ram, gpu, sound card, and replugged the power supply connections multiple times.

I am also having an issue with this... Same thing, and I have done similar tests and even reseated ram and i have corsair vengeance 8x8gb ram, two 780's, and a i7 4930k, asus p9x79 mobo. Please halp!

I am also having this issue, when I connect GPU, all signals stop i am thinking its a PSU problem allthough system still runs I cannot view it
