Hello, I'am going to buy a gaming computer. But I don't know if this silver Power SP-S850M 850W PSU will be good enough for two gtx 770's. Please answer fast!

For a system using two GeForce GTX 770 graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 850 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 62 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin and two 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most important factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) may require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.

The SILVER POWER SP-S850M 850W power supply, with its maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 70 Amps and with four (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is sufficient to power your system configuration with two GeForce GTX 770 graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode.

The SILVER POWER SP-S850M 850 uses Seasonic as the OEM.

To say it simply I didn't understand a sheet xD Does it work or not? Yes or no?

The MSI Z87-G43 does not support 2-way SLI mode.

Motherboards that support SLI mode will include an SLI bridge connector in the motherboard package.

here's what nVidia says:

http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-770/specifications

Minimum Recommended System Power (W) = 600
Graphics Card Power [for 2nd card] (W) = 230

http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/msi_geforce_gtx_770_gaming_review,5.html

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 770 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 770 2-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 750 Watt power supply unit as minimum.
GeForce GTX 770 3-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 1000 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

If you are going to overclock your GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina.

I'd use a Corsair HX850 (10.0 rating) if overclocking .... a decent 750 watter would get you by if not OC'ing.

.... the model you picked got a 9.5 performance rating from jonnyguru

Hey, I think this is a sli motherboard. ASUS Z87-A, Socket-1150 is it? Anyway, my rest of the specs are...
Specs:
CM Storm Stryker Gaming Big Tower
Silver Power SP-S850 850W PSU
Intel Core i5-4670 Processor
ASUS Z87-A, Socket-1150
Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Sport 16GB (I know I don't need it)
2x Gainward GeForce GTX 770 2GB PhysX CUDA
SSD: Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB
HDD: WD Desktop Blue 1TB SATA

Will this work good together?

The ASUS Z87-A will work.

The Silver Power SP-S850 850W PSU is not verified as being Intel Haswell compatible. The Seasonic M12II SS-850AM, on which the Silver Power SP-S850 is based, is verified by Seasonic as Intel Haswell compatible so you shouldn't run into any problems there in terms of Haswell's power saving states.
