blue screen when i shut down

so when i try to shut down my computer it ends up going blue screen and restarting itself making it impossible to shut down without pressing the off button every time. i have checked all my drivers and even done a full boot-time scan with Avast but the problem still occurs. the message i get when i turn the computer back on is.

i cannot figure out how to fix this please help

if you go into safe mode and try shutting down, then try restarting, do you get the same issue? If not then most likely there is something running that behaves badly before shut down causing things to crash. Worst case is that files that are in a Open State, try to save the status (like you click shut down but had Chrome open) the Hard Drive may be failing causing the error during shut down.

See the safe mode results first. Do a CMD as Admin, and run chkdsk /f for next boot. See what the results of both are.
