Yes everything is compatible but there are a few things that you might want to change. First of all, you should definitely change your motherboard for the MSI Z87-G45 because Newegg currently has a combo deal with the i5 and MSI where you can save $80! I'd also suggest ditching the Cavier Black in favor of a cheaper and higher performance Seagate Barracuda. And finally, your SSD will not be large enough for this reason:

When you partition a 64gb drive for windows, you are left with 52gb. When you install windows 7 onto it, that will take up another 32gb. That will leave you with only 20gb. Keep in mind when an ssd nears 70% full, it begins to degrade, and performance will go steadily downhill. After installing 3-4 games (lets just say 4) @10gb each, your screwed!
So with that said you will need to get a larger SSD. I'd suggest maybe a Sandisk Ultra Plus because of its low price and high (128gb) capacity.
