Looks really good to me. (HDD and SSD around the wrong way). The CM Hyper 212 Evo will have you OCing your CPU comfortably around 4.2 - 4.5GHz or even beyond with some more playing around. It also comes with it's own 'Thermal Grease'... possibly don't need that other stuff listed there.
