First off here are my specs
CPU - AMD 4100 Quad-Core Processor 3.60 GHz
Ram - 8.00 GB Ram
VideoCard - AMD Radeon HD 6670
Desktop, Using 64 bit Win 7
Just recently when i'm playing older games (2004ish) the framerate is going from low 20's up to at least 200 its freaking out. Whereas before it was always 90! and very consistent. Its not steady and is now defiantly slower. All drivers are up-to date and i have no idea whats wrong.
