Cant access the internet!

I can't connect to the internet for some reason. I have plugged into my apple airport express and still can't connect :/ I also just installed some sapphire drivers that came with my GPU and now my resolution in screwed up. im currently using a different computer. I also just installed windows 7 home premium

When I run the airport setup it says I have to be running win 7 SP1 or newer. I also fixed the screen resolution problem.
