So here's the story. I was installing an H100i, and I removed my graphics card during installation. However, when I put everything back together, the system would not output through the graphics card, but it would through the motherboard. I checked the Catalyst Control Center, and it no longer recognizes my card. It also doesn't show up in the device manager. I have updated my bios, wiped and reinstalled the drivers, completely reinstalled the card, and nothing has worked. It's still not recognized. The card's fans are working, it has power, but when I plug my DVI cable in to it, the monitor just stays black. It was working perfectly for the 5 months before the upgrade to the H100i, and now will not be recognized by the system. Any suggestions?

System Specs:
Intel i7 3770K
16 GB G. Skill Ripjaws X RAM
ASRock z77 Exreme4 mobo
1 TB WD Caviar Black HDD
650W Seasonic PSU
Gigabyte Radeon HD 7950

What exactly should I check in the bios? All of the other things are fine.

There should be option in BIOS to disable onboard graphics. on Asus boards it says, "Allow multiple graphic cards" or something in tools section. Do you have 2 power 6 pins on this card? I had DVI port die on monitor. Try VGA. Also some monitors have settings to manually select DVI or VGA or Auto. Does it works with integrated graphics?

Ok well it works in the second pci-e slot, and now I'm wondering if there is something wrong with the first one. Is there any way to check that?
