Hi there,
I have currently decided that as I my Laptop can not be upgraded, (A thread was started about this -- http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1710939/increse-laptop-performance.html)
As, I cannot upgrade, I will build a New rig. The Cost is very Low but I think its much better than the current PC.
Copy pasted from my Notepad Link :
If I do have to buy a Low end but Worth the Money Reasonable PC, Here's it :

Other Parts :
Cabinet : I have it, taking it from an old computer.
HDD : I have HDD also. Will be taking from 2 of the laptops. One of them has 160GB 5400RPM.
PSU : I have it. Taking from an Old Computer : 350Watt PSU.
Monitor : I have it, taking from an old computer: CRT 15Inch Monitor by LG : Studioworks 563N
Graphics : In Built APU, I think it's great enough for my CRT Monitor ?

Some adapters will be needed, like , my PSU has only 20Pin Mobo Connector -- So, need 20 Pin to 24 Pin Connector.
My PSU has also a 4 Pin Connector, wires are I think white and Yellow, that is for CPU Power. Right ?
My PSU Has Molex Connectors instead of SATA -- So, need Molex => Sata Converter.
I think my laptop's HDD is SATA. so, also need an adapter for attaching Laptop HDD to System.

Any Help would be appreciated.

Save yourself from blowing up your new parts by jurry rigging old stuff.
If the old pc case is atx-atx min spec then pick up a cosair 430w power supply with rebates or instant savings it runs 25 online. A new 500 g bulk Sata drive is 50. The mb will have the cables you need to connect the drive to the mb. From another pc you can make a USB bootable Iso to install windows on your new pc. A new DVD drive run you 17 online.
I google the model of your case if it too old it may be an at cast and your new mb won't fit.

I have checked and I have enough screws that can fit the motherboard.
I don't really need an optical drive. I have an old fused laptop of hp dv2000. I will take out it's DVD Drive and mount it in the computer cabinet.
About the PSU : The PSU I have is really enough. What to say but it's an AT Power Supply that has Main Motherboard Power + CRT Monitor Power.
It's important to me.
For now I am building this PC, and after, I will slowly Upgrade the Components if necessary.
I was thinking, If I could get a Better Processor if possible at the same price ?

The CPU above tat is an intel i3 that runs about 100 online and a 50 h61 motherboard. The i3 built in gpu not as strong as the amd ones. Laptop cd roms and hard drives don't use the same connectors as there full size brothers. New mb have 24 plus four pin power plugs and a four or eight pci power plug on the mb.

I have thoroughly seen the motherboard in the msi website and all the connectors that I have on the PSU match up.
There is one Auxillary Power Connector from the PSU. What is its use ?
I will also need Molex to SATA Power Connector.
Can my Motherboard run on just 20 Pin Power Connector ?
