hello I'm helping my friend. he got this rig

i5 3330
HD7850
4gb Gskills
Asus P8B75-M
500gb Seagate

i tried to use this website to test the power consumption. http://support.asus.com/powersupply.aspx to my surprise it is only up to 450w. so my question is
can a FSP supersonic 500w 80+ handle it or should i go with 550+ 80+??

followup questions:

what will be the differences between a 500w and a 550w?

should i get the +50 of the 550w for a better headroom for the rig? or should i take a 500w because it can handle it?

I'm also looking on the FSP raider 550.

If you have the money get a 550 Watt PSU, you will have plenty of power if you want to upgrade anything and it will be more efficient (The closer the power consumption is to the maximum load the less efficient the PSU is).

@russel, well bro yea iam looking at this 2 PSUs. my friend can get either one. but can the 500w run this rig along? i mean were not going to OC or do Crossfire just simply mid-high gaming with 1600x900. just wanted to get decent Fps :D

@JackNaylorPE yea ive seen this page. thats why iam asking is a 500w psu can handle this one. iam a bit new to this. i got confused when they say 500W but its only 80+ reliable..
