Biostar TA970 w/free memory

Hi. I am currently looking for an AM3+ motherboard to overclock a x4 965BE. I was looking at 970 motherboards, and I wanted to get the Asus M5A97 LE R2.0. However, today I looked at the Biostar 970 and found out that it comes with free 8gb (2x4gb) of ram. The Biostar and the Asus motherboard are about the same price. Which one do you think I should get?

If you need the ram, the Biostar would be the better buy. Even if you don't need the ram you can sell it for $40-50

I think the Biostar one is just slightly more better, plus you save 75$ not buying RAM.

Biostar TA970 is still the better choice than M5A97 LE R2.0 even without free RAM sticks.
