Cant access DATA on my WD Passport

I have a WD pASSPORT WHICH I BOUGHT RECENTLY, TILL ABOUT FIVE MINS AGO I HAD ACCESS TO MY files and i had transferred data and now i cant find my files though i can see used up file size on my WD. I dunno what to do. Any suggestions.

My device is recognized just that my files are not seen, so I loaded a data recovery software and retrieved my files and then formatted my hd... I sure hope it doesn't cause me any problems again...

Glad to hear that you were able to retrieve the files. I, too, hope you don't have those problems again. Just out of curiosity, what data recovery software did you use?
