Can any fans go on a CM Hyper 212 evo?

Of course, you don't have to abide by brand-specific fans. Just be sure you get the right size fan, and the housings that come with the cooler will fit any (properly sized) fan you buy for it. You can buy any 120mm fan for that cooler, but I would recommend getting a fan that rotates at least 1200-1500RPM. The slower the fan, the less air it throws over the heatsink.
