Now realise that my new SSD is not working so I have to send it back to Samsung, tried Samsung website but it doesnt have a section for SSD, tried Live chat to get an answer, guess what they cant help with SSD - its a Samsung so why not? Eventually found a samsung site for ssd - I go to support to find out how I can send back the SSD - guess what, the support button takes you to the site that does not handle ssd support - confused I was, thats why I'm here - maybe some one here can help - how do I get hold of samsumg ssd support to report the failure of my registered ssd and who can I email to find out how to send it to the service centre, my additional probelm is that I bought this in Houston Texas while on a visit to the USA , now in Dubai UAE and happy to prepay fedex to get it back to samsung but cant get anyone there to help?

I would contact the retailer as opposed to Samsung themselves. Usually the place you bought it from deals with the manufacturer.
