every time i start up my computer it says warning usb device over current detected ease remove over current usb device system will shutdown in 20 seconds please help. Also every time i click on f12 it sends me to the error.

You might have the front panel USB headers hooked up wrong. Many front panel plugs have a ground pin for the USB and a pin for the shielding. These are effectively shorted together. If you plug a USB header in backwards, you will short V+ and D- together on the motherboard's USB header, which if it didn't cause damage might produce the messages you're seeing.

I would take a look at that. Otherwise, check your motherboard's warranty.
