I have an EVGA Geforce GTX 670 FTW 2gb card connected via HDMI 1.3, I could use Display Port if needed, to an Asus PA246Q monitor. The PA246Q says it can display 1073.7M colors (10bit color depth), my question is given my current setup with the GTX 670 and my Win 7 Pro x64 OS, how do I go about enabling the use of 10 bit color depth in Windows? In the Nvidia Control Panel under the "Change Resolution" section the only choices I get for color depth are Medium 16-bit and Highest 32-bit. How do I enable 10bit color depth?

If I can provide any other information that will help please just let me know what I can provide.

Thanks,
Woz

PS: I just wanted to say that the Asus PA246Q is an amazing monitor, anyone thinking of getting one of these or one of the models that came out after this one, the PA248Q or PA248QJ, I would highly recommend the monitors.

From what I understand 10 or 8 bit refers to how many colors your monitor can reproduce, a 10 bit monitor can reproduce approximately 1.073 billion colors while an 8 bit monitor can only reproduce about 16.77 million colors. I am trying to learn how to enable all 1.073 billion colors on my computer.
