Monitor has gone dodgy..

The only real way I can describe it is, imagine the display is on one layer, and the color to this display is on another, and the colour has been moved around 4 frames to the left, it almost looks as if it was 3D. Could someone please help me out

hi, not sure whats going on there. Check the cables, maybe replace it and double check the resolution and hertz are set to optimal settings before looking at replacing the monitor.

I did, but I turned off the monitor, then back on and it's fine. Thanks for your help though!
