hello master! what kind of FX motherboard that is a little cheap to my FX 8350?

I guess the micro atx board is for phenom or Athlon or maybe FX quad core only.

id like to pair it with 7750 since its the only Gpu i can afford for now.. total watts?

GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 is simply the best board under 60$ for an AM3+ system. It's even better than the 970A-DS3 you listed when it comes to stability. 970A-DS3 got reported to be buggy many times, plus the lack of a VRM heatsink make it insufficient to handle a FX8350 under load. With limited budget, my vote goes for the 78LMT-USB3 ( yes, it can handle a 8 cores FX well, if you ask me ).

As the price goes up, keep an eye on the Biostar TA970. It got almost no negative feedback, and the fact that Newegg is giving away 8gb ddr3 RAM for purchasing this board makes it a sweet deal : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138372
