Where is the never settle bundle code?

Hi guys, i think i am probably just being stupid but i cannot find the promotional code thing for my never settle bundle. Any ideas where it might be?

And yes before you ask i should definitely have one!

It should be on a card inside the box that came with your product you just need to scratch off to reveal the code.

I have bought a couple of cards in the UK and have had to request them as they don't send them they always have emailed them to me straight away when I ask. I suspect they get sold by them if you don't ask for them after a certain time period.
