Help make my proposed build cheaper

Second time around building a highly-capable, but not overkill, gaming PC. Last one was around Sandy Bridge time.

Budget aim was under 1500 but went over by 200 by making some exceptions. It'd be great if I can get some suggestions for improvement (lowering $ at the cost of little performance).

just get a decent air cooler first, they are generally quieter and better performing than AIO water.

this is a good build ur psu will be more than enough for gtx 770 sli if u do so otherwise get a good 550 watts psu

Tried to save costs on different parts, what do you guys think compared to the previous one? Also, I'm probably going to wait for the GTX 760 to come out before buying.

You'd be surprised. Some benchmarks have shown that certain air coolers are capable of performing better than your run of the mill closed loop liquid cooler.
