Would it be worth my time to buy a gaming computer right now? or hold off until Haswell and such comes out?

I'd really like to start PC gaming, but I'd rather wait if I have to for the best system.

What do you guys recommend?

Think I should just buy this? http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/18C23
or wait?

Haswell is already out, though most would still recommend Ivy Bridge at this time, it's more of a known thing, and from what I've read it still over clocks better ontop of costing less.

After the GTX 760 I believe Nvidia has stated it has no more releases planned for 2013, not sure how soon AMDs next line comes out.

I don't see any strong reason to not build now, just do your shopping around, get the best deals, etc.

Only reason to wait is for the AMD 8000 series.

We still do not have a confirmed price tag on them yet, but from the looks of the specs.

They might beat the GTX 770 or 780. Not sure how much more they'll cost though.
