I can not get to go over 3,2ghz stable.
I tried hundreds of options, but does not work
Specs.
Intel core2duo E8200 2.66Ghz 6Mb cash 1333 FSB Arctic cooling frezer 7

You should be able to:
a)raise vcore to about 1.35
b)lower the RAM strap 1 notch
c)Raise FSB until you're where you want to be.
Is that a Wolfdale CPU?

I have this function on my motherboard
multiplier is 6-8
Voltage control
DDR2 +0.1 to 0.7
PCIE +0.1 to 0.3
FSB +0.1 to 0.3
(G)MCH +0.1 to 0.3
Somewhere I read FSB is voltage for SOUTH bridge is true or not
and other settings are as I showed them

I tried with these settings
Vcore -1.36250 bios
ddr2 a data DQVE1B16 2x2gb - 0.2
5;5;5;(15)18 advance timings 3;3;6;52;3;8;auto
pcie -normal
(G)mch -0.2
performance enchance standart

When I play games no problem (but playing 30 minutes), but when I watch videos on you tube blue screen IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUEL and some time google chrome crash.The reason is memory(probably)

But I tested my memory with memtest on windows
CPU 3.2 1.23750V bios ,1.2V-CPUZ
ddr2 0.2V 1000mhz DRAM:FSB 5:4 5;5;5;15 3;3;6;52;3;8;auto
performance enchance EXTREME
pcie normal
gmch normal
850% NO ERRORS

I cant understand where is the problem Ram cant run 900 or 950 mhz when dram;fsb 1;1
i try vcore even 1.5V dram 5;6;6;21 6;6;6;21 all possible combinations but not runing stable.

If some had this processor and this board tell me what settings to use or anyone give advice

Your video crashing could be due to GPU drivers.
Trying clicking a Youtube video and quickly right-click and uncheck "enable hardware acceleration"
It may take several tries before you catch it without gettting a BSOD
