motherboard worth a price ?

guyz from last few months iam looking for cheap mobo to oc my cpu that is i5 2500k,so now i suddenly found intel DZ75ML-45K Motherboard at the price of 70$ so i think its dirt cheap, so should i go with it ?

from where iam buying iam getting asrock z77 pro 3 for 118$ and intel z75 board for 70$ so its a big diffrence

I have the 2500k + Z77 Pro3..I overclock to 4.4GHz on a Cooler Master Evo. It's a good mobo. It's stable and not expensive.
