Hi all,

Looking for help putting together a budget gaming PC in a smaller case.

Approximate Purchase Date: Within the Next Month
Budget Range: Under $500

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (more likely CPU intensive games), potentially as HTPC

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: Case, CPU, RAM, Motherboard, Video card, Hard drive, Power Supply

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg, ncix, etc

Location: British Columbia, Canada

Parts Preferences: None, best value

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Potentially in the future

Your Monitor Resolution: TV is 720p so likely 1280 x 720 (although ability for higher res should I use a monitor would be nice)

Additional Comments: I need the case to be of a certain size. Height must be less than 12 " (30 cm) and width less ~10" (26cm). The only one I have found so far is the Silverstone SG09 mATX case http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=77250

I've been looking at AMD Phenom II x4 965BE http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=46281&vpn=HDZ965FBGMBOX&manufacture=AMD&promoid=1065 or FX-6300 http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=76934&vpn=FD6300WMHKBOX&manufacture=AMD&promoid=1065 as potential CPUs.

Thanks for the help!
