First time upgrade...? What is worth to upgrade??

This is my current system for quite some time :

Thermaltake Element V Black Edition Full tower
SeaSonic S12 Energy Plus SS-550HT 550W
Gtx 260 Palit 216sp
GIGABYTE GA-P67A-UD3-B3 LGA 1155
Intel I5-2500k + Kabuto Scythe cpu cooler
Crucial M4 64GB SSD
Samsung HDD 320GB
Kingston Value 8GB(2x4gb)
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
1920x1080 Full Hd 32" Monitor

Ok here i go, one of my dreams is to have a BEAST system !
So recently i got my first big paycheck around 1k-2k euro and i am really looking forward to spend anything to get it done!
I play games like Metro2033,Last light, Mmorpgs like Tera online, etc.

I was thinking of getting a 1000W psu, 16 GB Ram ( no idea what to get exactly), I would like to keep the i5-2500k and the mobo ( not worth upgrading right? ) And ofc getting a GTX 770 4 GB to be future proof. Also a couple of HDD's cause all these years i was struggling with the 320 GB HDD. What is worth upgrading in your opinion?? Thanks..!!

No to 16GB RAM, 1000W PSU @@ Yes to GTX 770 and mechanical hdd for storage - dun get more smaller hdds though : pull the trigger on one a juicy 2TB?

If you feel your ram is old, just buy a new one but keep it at 2x4gb, you don't need 16gb unless you are sure what you are doing is intensive.
If you don't plan to go SLI, 600W or 750W(For future SLI) is enough.
