Need help looking for good motherboard for this build

I want to build a PC for my little brother. He will mainly use it for internet surfing, movies and a bit of gaming, but no games that are really demanding. So a dedicated graphics card is unnecessary. My budget is maximum $600, the cheaper the better of course and would prefer to use the site newegg only. So far I have picked a couple of parts except the motherboard. Are these current parts compatible and can you please help me find a motherboard that is good enough for this build?

Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, comes with Three Fans-1x Front Blue LED 120mm Fan, 1x Top 140mm Fan, 1x Rear 120mm Fan, option Fans-2x Side 120mm Fan

Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model 996995

Seagate Barracuda ST31000524AS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

AMD A10-5800K Trinity 3.8GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) Socket FM2 100W Quad-Core Desktop APU (CPU + GPU) with DirectX 11 Graphic AMD Radeon HD 7660D AD580KWOHJBOX

CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 500W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - OEM

Pretty sure that's all the parts necessary for a build, except for the motherboard. Are these parts compatible? Feel free to make any adjustments and if you can find a similar per-built PC with a similar price that would also be great.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
