Well its 10 bucks on the marketplace and the main reason its more on the pc is because its more popular on steam. Nobody is buying it on xbox so the price has been lowered, people still buy it on pc, so the price stays up. Thats just how it works, if the price is really a concern it will go on sale for the steam summer sale son.
