heres what i would get

-better CPU cooler is needed for haswell overclocking
-much better motherboard
-better ram. price match it for 54.99 at us.ncix to get free shipping. free shipping is activated once you throw everything into the cart
-slightly better GPU. you can take the amd route if you want.
-added a SSD. makes a huge difference
-way better case
-you dont need 650w
-id avoid wifi if possible. but if you have to use wifi, id get this build. the built-in wifi found on the newer board is more elegantly intergrated so you would have less issues
