So, anyway. I had a Windows XP which then downloaded Windows 7, because it was too slow. So, I just checked my Device Manager and updated my graphics card Radeon 9200 into VGA Graphics Adapter. The Radeon 9200 Secondary then had problems, so I just deleted it. Upon running a game, it is all black and there are no sound. I tried to fix it, but it would still be the black screen.

Uhm yeah, 1) you can't just 'delete' to make a problem go away, the problem is still there 2) sounds like you have these connected internally as Dual Video cards, that is used to 'play video games', so if one isn't working the game 'doesn't work'. 3) 9200 are way way way too old and dont' support alot of games anymore (unless you like FPS of about 5 or less).

Honestly to me this sounds like you have a ancient machine (more than 5 years old) that your trying to do modern things by just upgrading to Windows 7. That won't provide the solution, you need to fork over the $250 for the Walmart computer (I would suggest one of the i3 laptops) for just casual use. For gaming systems i5 core and about $700 or more if your wanting smooth playing on low-medium settings. trying to piecemeal parts into your system won't help either as a CPU/Memory/Motherboard (you have to change all three) in parts would be more then a complete system in a box.
