Sorry, I can see it now but it's not very clear.
It appears that the PWM controller IC for the Vio supply has been damaged. The Vio rail powers the MCU, SDRAM, and more importantly, the serial flash memory IC. As long as the flash memory IC is OK, then a board swap and firmware transfer will cost no more than US$50. OTOH, if the flash memory is damaged, then the data recovery cost will approach US1000, if it is at all possible. Many DR shops wouldn't be able to do it.
If you have a multimeter, measure the resistance between the 3R3 coil and a ground point, eg a screw hole. As long as the resistance is not close to zero, you will be OK. Use the 200 ohms range.
