need help with designing a build.

hi,
as i have stated i am lookign to build a computer.

i want it to be able to play planetside 2, battlefield 4 when it comes out.

i would prefer Intel because i have been using AMD and have not enjoyed it.

i am going to sell my current computers,
both my desktop and my laptop to afford the parts so i will have about maybe $900.00 max

i expect more like
700-750 though.

so, please post an intel build that fits in the budget range.

Also i will need windows 7 included in the build.

and for the case i prefer one that is nice and sleek and Black.

Does it have to be an intel based build? I feel amd performs better at low-mid range builds while intel excels at high end builds.
