Hey,
I'm looking for a Low end pc for around 250$. This is a build for my sister she would need to be able to watch youtube and play on facebook. She might also like to play some games like minecraft. I currently have a Coolermaster eXtreme power+ 500W and a NZXT Gamma. I also have a cheap monitor she could have and a copy of windows 7 64 bit I used on my build (can I use it twice?). I was thinking AMD APU A4 or A8. Please use newegg. Thank you.

for that budget and those appications, a mini-PC with some customization would be ideal. buying everything separate simply has too much of a price premium. I would recommend one of the Intel NUC models, or an AMD mini-PC such as the Sapphire Edge

The windows 7 would only be able to transfer on the second computer only if it isn't OEM edition. Now moving on, do we need a hard drive or ram also?

This is what i have right now:

Processor: A8-3670K Black Edition
Motherboard: MSI A55M-P33 FM1 AMD A55 (Hudson D2) Micro ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
Ram:Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Profile Desktop Memory Model BLS4G3D1609ES2LX0
Hard Drive: Western Digital WD Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - OEM

All for $197

It's a newegg combo deal:

yea that's non transferable but I heard that if you contact Microsoft they may let you transfer windows from your current motherboard to the new motherboard. I really have no idea, I've only heard, you'll have to buy another copy of windows sadly... Damn you Microsoft and your overpriced Operating Systems!
