If you are only playing Minecraft, you don't have to shell out 500$ for a PC.

Well I have a PC I built for about 450$ without the monitor/OS, and my GFX card which is a HD Radeon 6750 which I spent like 60$ on along with 8 GB ram and a AMD Athlon X3 3 Core Processor running at 3.3 Ghz runs Minecraft at like 100 FPS. Are you going to be doing any recording for youtube on Minecraft or any other games? That's the only reason you need a high fps, you only need about 60 fps for it to be smooth.

well you could always replace my 650ti boost with a regular 650ti, it would still demolish minecraft for under $500
