which i5 are we talking about and what mobo?

in a general sense, you can leave the voltage on auto and do a test run at the desired clock.
that will give you an idea of where and estimate how much to start lowering voltage.

manually in the BIOS....!

with a 2500K @ 4.3-4.5GHz should be easy.
you can actually run an auto volt like I stated at the desired speed.
check you voltage and temps with CPU-Z and HWMonitor.

adjust your Phase Control to Optimized and your LLC to Regular
disable Spectrum's (Spread and VRM) and go for it.
