can i run everything on max in warcraft on my 6770 or will i need to upgrade and whats the cheapest card tha can do this

The 6770 isn't really enough to get the job done at a normal resolution.
What resolution are you playing at?
What is your budget?

To me, it seems like you are looking at minimum $130 for a GTX 650 Ti or HD7790. My best recommendation would be around $140 for a GTX 650 Ti Boost.

Here are the charts for that resolution. That gives you more leeway, and maybe you can get by with a lesser card, but I'm trying to get you up to at least 40 FPS minimum. A GTX 650 Ti or 7770 at minimum would be where I would feel comfortable. With the 6770 you are going to be right around 30 FPS, which is just not good enough for "max" settings. I still think the GTX 650 Ti Boost is the way to go.

What's your budget and where do you prefer to buy your parts?
