The third build, though the most expensive, will perform the best for the longest. However, the second build holds the most bang for buck. The first build is still quite the performer though, but I would grab an intel i5 3570K. If you are using an after market heatsink, and a z77 mobo, it would be foolish not to overclock.

I like your post, but I dont really want to overclock, and would you mind posting a build if you think you have a better, more price efficient, high performance build?

The second build holds the best price efficiency, and great performance. But once again, if you have the budget, the 3rd on will perform the best.
