I just re speced my system I was using a AMD Phenom 965 OC to 4ghz and a HD6950 on a biostar mobo. I now have a 3770k CPU OC to 4.5ghz and a GTX 770 on a MSI mobo. While playing crysis the screen will go black (system stays on and stable as I can hear the sound) It will start showing the image again if I look in different directions. Then I got a very random issue in Far Cry 3. It looked like the GPU failed because there was some major artifacting. This just started happening and Im wondering if the changes I made to the system may have brought my PSU to the edge of what it can do. I have a Thermaltake 750w PSU in my PC now. I had a GTX 680 in my PC for a few weeks and was getting the same issues with crysis having the blacked out screen. Im thinking because the same issue happened across two different card its not the GPU. I guess it could be but Im hoping I dont have to RMA the GPU to newegg lol.

Have you updated your motherboard's BIOS to the latest version? As for nvidia driver, downgrade it to 310.xx if you're using 314.xx .

There is only one driver for the 770 its the 320.xx . I thought about the drivers but there is no other driver for me to try lol.
