Agree with Sam, don't restrict yourself unless you're certain about the games you want to play. If you have no preference for Nvidia or AMD, I'd suggest 660 non-ti. You'll get plenty of performance for the games you listed and some leftover grunt to handle some modern games if you choose. Low power draw.

And I'll return +1 Clouds there on the GTX660 - absolutely incredible performance for the money. It's near enough as fast as the top end GPU of the generation before it yet sells for a very mid-range price. Would be a really strong choice.
